FOODToshimaya, a brewer of local Tokyo sake, has started the sale of a season-limited summer sake, “Kinkon Junmai Unfiltered Nama-Genshu Juemon Jikagumi.” This sake is made by bottling “Juemon,” a Junmai sake by Toshimaya popular for its sharpness, immediately after pressing. It is a lightly sparkling sake that contains carbon dioxide gas generated during fermentation as well.
With its light foaming and pleasant taste, it makes a great pairing with cheese. We hope you enjoy a cool summer with this refreshing sake from Edo and Tokyo.
