Edo Tokyo Kirari Project: Exhibiting at MAISON & OBJET PARIS 2026

The Edo Tokyo Kirari Project is set to exhibit at MAISON & OBJET PARIS 2026 international trade fair, showcasing collaborative creations made with designers from the City of Paris.

Since its inception in 1995, MAISON & OBJET has become a globally recognized trade fair, attracting professionals and specialists from the interiors and design industries. The Edo Tokyo Kirari Project booth will feature innovative new products created in partnership with designers from Parisian Bureau du Design, de la Mode et des Métiers d’Art (BDMMA). This year, six of the eleven Edo Tokyo businesses have developed new products. Through this trade fair, the project will present products that showcase their unique traditional craftmanship to a global audience as true “Treasures of Tokyo.”

Additionally, a joint exhibition event with the City of Paris titled Edo Tokyo Kirari Exhibition: When French Design Inspires Japanese Craftsmanship (Exposition Edo Tokyo Kirari: Quand le design français inspire l’artisanat japonais) will be held. This year will also see the introduction of product exhibitions and sales at the HIS international tours concept store in Paris.
