Sweet Lip is amitsuamesyrup candy inspired by the ingenuity and aesthetic sensibilities of young women in the Edo period, who are said to have layered melted candy over theirbenisafflower lip colorant to add gloss and protect against dryness. In addition to enjoying it as is, it can be drizzled over ice cream or yogurt, spread on crackers or bread, or added to tea, offering a variety of ways to enjoy it and adding an elegant touch to the everyday table.

The boxes are adorned with crests and komon patterns inspired by each ingredient, such as apple and Amaou strawberry.
