With over 230 years of history, Ubukeya is a cutlery shop that has been involved in the manufacturing and sales of all kinds of cutlery. With famous chefs from around the world among our customers, there are quite a few customers who have heard of that reputation and visit the shop from overseas.
Consistent since the second generation at Ubukeya, they personally manufacture products to sell in their shop, and also repair all types of cutlery in a traditionalShoku Akindostyle. By directly listening to the impressions of and new requests from users of products they manufacture and sell themselves, they further refine our work as craftsmen. A saying that has been passed down from generation to generation at Ubukeya is, “Anything that cannot be cut at Ubukeya is the fate between tweezers and customers.”
No matter the year, we are happy to put our hearts into attaching the blades and maintaining them because these are tools that will be carefully used for a long time.
